פרוייקט WIN בוני התיכון

בוני התיכון כרמי גתפרויקט WIN כרמי גת מהווה את אחת מנקודות ההתחלה הטובות בארץ למשפחה צעירה, הבונה את עתידה. הפרויקט ממוקם במתחם 4, המשלים את שכונת כרמי גת, שתכנונו הושלם זה מכבר. תושבי המתחם ייהנו מכל התשתיות העירוניות, החינוכיות והסביבתיות שיש לכרמי גת להציע.

הפרויקט יכלול 14 בניינים בני 4-7 קומות ובהם 268 דירות בנות 3-5 חדרים, המצטיינות בתכנון חכם, ביצוע מדוקדק, במרחבים ונוף עוצר נשימה של ואדי ענבה ומורדות הרי יהודה. לכל אחת מהדירות מרפסת רחבת ידיים וחניה אחת לפחות.
